Steps

Beat eggs in a bowl with little salt & black pepper. Make omelette. Keep aside.

Heat one pan, put vegetable oil, add chopped ginger & garlic. Put chicken keema - saute it for 10 mins with little salt & black pepper.

Put the keema on the omelette, roll the omelette. Cut the stuffed omelette into pieces.

Heat another pan, put vegetable oil, add chopped ginger and garlic, saute for 2 mins. Add square shaped onion & green bell pepper, saute for 4 mins. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce & salt into it.

Prepare slurry of corn starch with little water & put into the pan to make the gravy thicker.

Put this gravy on stuffed omelette pieces & sprinkle roasted seasame seeds on it.
