Mughlai the words comes from mughal empire. This receipe is a combination of mughal ingredients with paneer. This goes well with pulao, roti and naan. And very good veg receipe with rich in protein.

Mughlai the words comes from mughal empire. This receipe is a combination of mughal ingredients with paneer. This goes well with pulao, roti and naan. And very good veg receipe with rich in protein.

Soaked the almonds overnight and remove it cover. Cut the paneer in medium pieces and keep it handy.

Now make a smooth paste of almonds. Then make a paste of onions and chillies. Then make a paste of ginger and garlic. Then in a warm milk add some kesar and keep it handy.

Then in a pan add ghee, then add onions paste, next ginger paste then add salt. Mix all and fry for 2 minutes. Then add almonds paste, cuming, coriander and cinnamon powder. Mix all properly.

Once it cooked for some time then add paneer water.

Let it cooked for 15 minutes in a medium flame. Then add cut paneer and cooked it for another 10 minutes. Once done then add kesar on top and serve with roti or naan.
