In a kadai add oil.When oil becomes hot add cinnamon stick,bay leaf,green cardamom,big cardamom,cloves,cumin seeds

When it becomes aromatic add onion paste(onions are chopped and boiled in water for 15 minutes and they are stained.Then onions are made into fine paste in mixer jar)

When onions becomes pinkish colour or cooked till transparent add ginger and garlic paste.Cook for 2 minutes.

Then add yoghurt and cook till oil separates.

Add pepper powder and kastoori methi.Mix them well.

Grind cashews and almonds soaked with green chilli and poppy seeds with little water.

Add this paste to curry.Cook well for 5_8minutes.

Add milk and cook at high flame.When it gives a boil add paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes by closing the lid.

Add garam masala and cream.Mix well.Check for salt.

Garnish with butter and coriander leaves.Serve with roti or naan.
