Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Spray a 24 hold mini muffin tray with oil and put aside

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt
- 3
Add the milk to the flour mixture gradually and gently mix together until the mixture is combined. Mix in the grated cheese well
- 4
Spoon into muffin tin to not quite the top of each mould
- 5
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
- 6
Allow to cool in the tin then turn out onto a rack and start eating!
