Ingredients

2 and 1/2hours
6 to 8 peoples
  • 1 kgFish
  • 1 tbspG.g paste
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspRoasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbspChat masala
  • 4 tbspLemon juice
  • Gramflour1/4cup
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • 1 tspSalt

Steps

2 and 1/2hours
  1. 1

    Marinate fish with all ingredients and leave for 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry of fish from both sides.

  3. 3

    Serve hot.
