1 kgFish
1 tbspG.g paste
1 tbspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspRoasted cumin powder
1 tbspChat masala
4 tbspLemon juice
Gramflour1/4cup
1/2 tspAjwain
1 tspSalt

Marinate fish with all ingredients and leave for 2 hours.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry of fish from both sides.

Serve hot.
