Potato pakora is an indian recipe but i add minced meat, to create something new.

Peel and perboil the potatoes.(note they should be in circular shape) Keep aside

Add ginger, salt, curry, thyme black /white pepper, seasoning and grated onions to the minced meat

Fill the minced meat in between 2 potatoes and seal with toothpick
- 4
Mix flour, curry, seasoning(i always use this all n1 seasoning in my kitchen).

Beat egg. Dip in ur potatoes in egg and coat with flour mix and fry in a heated oil at low heat. To allow the meat inside to cook.

Serve with ketchup or any sauce of u choose. Enjoy.
