This is the best protein riched Halwa I had made for my grandson who like sweet dishes more than usual daal rotis

Make smooth paste in mixer of sprouted moong.

In a thick bottomed pan take one bowl ghee and heat it.

Add moong paste and stirring constantly for 20 minutes then add milk, sugar, milk powder and keep stirring constantly to avoid lumps until it gets the thickness and leave the ghee and form a ball. Then add cardamom powder and dry fruit crush, saffron sticks and make sure that all mixed well.

Take the halwa in serving dish and garnish with dry fruit crushed.

Serve hot.
