Ingredients

  1. 1 packetnoodles
  2. ForVegetables:
  3. 2Onions
  4. 1/2 Capsicum
  5. 1Carrot
  6. 1 cupCabbages
  7. Handful Coriander leaves
  8. ForSauces:-
  9. 1 tspSoya sauce
  10. 1 tspVinegar
  11. As per taste Green chilli sauce
  12. As per taste Red chilli powder
  13. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  14. As per taste Salt
  15. 1 tspGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Take water into dish add some salt and oil and heat the water for about 5 minutes and add the raw noodles

  2. 2

    Cut the vegetables as shown in the image

  3. 3

    Add all the veggies one by one and saute them till it becomes soft and crispy. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it again.

    Then add salt, vinegar, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, garam masala and mix it well.

    Stir the noodles firmly on high flame.

  6. 6

    Garnish it with some onions and coriander.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup.
