Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupwheat flour
  2. 1/4 teaspoonsesame
  3. 1/4 teaspoonblack cumin
  4. As per your tasteSalt
  5. As required Water to knead dough
  6. Forstuffing:
  7. 4Eggs
  8. 1/2 cupbeans chopped
  9. 2 tablespoonscarrot grated
  10. 2 tablespoonscabbage grated
  11. 1big onion finely chopped
  12. 1tomato finely chopped
  13. 2Chillies finely chopped
  14. 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  15. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  16. 1/4amchur powder
  17. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  18. 2 tablespoonsoil
  19. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take flour and add black cumin and sesame and salt mix well.

    Prepare a soft dough by adding water if required you can add little oil too.

  3. 3

    In pan heat oil, now add all the vegetables and saute for few minutes.

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste and all dry ingredients. Saute for few more minutes. Don't cook completely, let it be half done. Cool slightly.

    In bowl beat the eggs.

    Add the prepared stuffing to the beaten eggs and mix well.

    Take your dough knead little and prepare chapati.

  8. 8

    Heat the tawa and simmer the stove. You should be little faster while doing the next steps.

    Place a chapati on tawa and quickly put the ladder full of egg batter.

  10. 10

    Cook from from all sides, flip it and put some oil.

    Cook from both the sides 2 t to 4 minutes on slow flame only.

    Your protein parcel is ready to serve.
