Firstly Combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.

Add warm water and oil; mix until well kneading, about 1 minute. Gradually add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Dough should form a ball and will be slightly sticky.

Knead on a floured surface, adding additional flour if necessary, until smooth and elastic, about 4 minutes. Cover and let rest on floured surface while preparing filling.

Combine cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and in a mixing bowl pizza seasoning, salt and chilli flakes and all veggies set aside.

Now Preheat oven to 375°F or 180 degree for 10 minutes before baking.

To make the pockets, divide dough into parts.

Roll 1 portion into a 6-inch circle on a floured surface. And cut in square.

Further spread filling in half part.leaving a 1/2-inch free of filling.

Now seal edges with water and fork.

Carefully transfer to prepared baking sheet. Brush with oil and pizza seasoning. Repeat with remaining dough.

Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until lightly browned on preheat oven on 180 degree Celsius.

Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
