  • 100 gmsMatar
  • 100 gmsMushroom
  • 3Onions
  • 1Tomato
  • 1 bowlCurd
  • Kasuri Methi
  • Dhaniya Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Red Chilli
  • Salt
  • leavesCoriander
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 CupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the Onion, Tomato and fry it

  2. 2

    Add Ginger Garlic paste and let it cool

  3. 3

    Pour all the things in the blender and add Dhaniya Powder,Garam Masala,Red Chilli and Curd

  4. 4

    Blend everything and make the smooth paste

  5. 5

    Pour Matar and Mushroom into the Kadhayi and fry it

  6. 6

    Add the paste and add kasuri Methi and Salt and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame
