  • 1 bowlsemolina
  • 1 bowlcoconut powder
  • 1 bowldryfruit
  • 500 litres milk
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tspsaffron
  • 100 gramsPowdered sugar

  1. 1

    Take a bowl of semolina and a bowl of coconut and then let it rest and make small balls.

    Mix sugar, dry fruit and coconut powder in mawa for filling.

    Saaf of modak will give milk in the pan and the modak, mix the sugar, cardamom powder and cook it till it becomes thick like ras malai.
