Ingredients

1 hour 20 min
4 servings
  1. 500 glean pork loin (or chops)cut into strips
  2. 1large onion, sliced
  3. 4-5garlic clove crushed
  4. 2large tomatoes
  5. 1 tbspmarjoram
  6. salt & pepper
  7. 1green pepper
  8. 1 cupfrozen peas
  9. 1 tsppaprika
  10. 1 kgpotato
  11. Oil for frying potatoes

  1. 1

    Mix meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and transfer into a baking dish sprinkle with olive oil and add 1/2 cup of water. Cover with foil and bake until almost soft. Stir in chopped tomatoes, marjoram, green pepper and peas. Continue baking until everything is cooked through.

    In the meantime cut potatoes and boil until half cooked, then fry in hot oil.

    Arrange fried potatoes around the plate and place meat in the middle. Enjoy.

Ez is egy fincsi "brassói", én nem szoktam zöldborsóval készíteni. Anyu másképp csinálta.
