Ingredients

  1. 3-4Plum
  2. 1hand full Raisins
  3. 1/4-1/2 tspTurmeric
  4. 1/4 tspRed Chilli Powder
  5. 1/4 cup Coconut grated
  6. 1/4 cupCurd
  7. 2Green Chillies
  8. 1 tspCumin
  9. 3-4peppercorns
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspsugar
  12. 1/2tspMustard
  13. 1/4 tspFenugreek
  14. 1Dry Red Chilli
  15. As neededCurry Leaves
  16. 1 tbspGhee

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and slice the plum. In an earthen pot add water,plum, raisins, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.

  2. 2

    Grind coconut, green chillies, cumin and pepper to a paste. Add this to the boiled plum and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the beaten smooth curd and sugar. Mix and cook for few more minutes until little reduced. Make a tadka of mustard, dry red chilli, fenugreek and curry leaves in ghee and pour to the curry. Plum pulissery ready.
