It is a less oil recipe and too healthy
Steps

Heat the thick bottomed vassel put peanut and dry roast it for about 15 to 2p min on low heat.

Now reduce the flame and let's it cool down completely.

With the help of cotton cloth remove it's skins.

Again heat the pan put oil then add roasted peanuts, salt mix it properly, saute it for only 30 to 40 seconds then reduce the heat and transfer them plate.

Now it is ready for serving and enjoy with tea or coffee
