Preheat the oven to 180C.Sieve the wheat flour and baking powder in a bowl

In a separate bowl mix eggs, vanilla essence, sugar and oil with a hand beater until the sugar is completely dissolved

Now combine wheat flour in the egg batter, add milk until it has a ribbon like consistency

Pour the batter in mixture in cupcake lining tray of 12 and fill them upto 2/3rd with a ice cream scoop. I used another 6 lining tray as my batter yield 15 cupcakes

Place it at 180C for 25 to 30 minutes

Cool the baked cupcakes, make a hole in the center and fill it with mango puree. Put the cap and dexorare it with mango jelly and whipped cream

Delicious, full of nutrition and hygienic mango cupcakes are ready
