Ingredients

30 minutes
6 people
  • 500 gramChicken
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 2 tbsginger garlic paste
  • 5-6tomatoes
  • 2 tspchilli powder
  • 3-6green chillies
  • 1 tspkasoori methi
  • 1 tspall spices masala
  • Green coriander as required chopped

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic and ginger paste in it. Add chicken and cook it for 3-4 minutes on high flame.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes,chilli powder and salt. Mix it and leave it covered to cook spices powder and green coriander.
