Steps

In a small pot, add 1 cup of water, grated Scot bonnet & onions, curry. Allow it to boil

Add the indomie seasoning then crush the indomie noodles & add to the water. Stir very well & cook for 5 mins

Break the eggs in a bowl, whisk & add sliced onion & a little maggi. Pour oil in a pan & fry
- 4
Serve & enjoy
