Take the corn off the cob, add the tattasai, atarugu, onion and crayfish then grind it until its very smooth.

Add some seasoning and oil. Add warm water then mix to get consistency similar to when you are making moimoi from beans: not too thin and not too thick. Apart from the red oil, i also added some fat gotten after frying Sallah ram meat (kakide) just to give more flavor.

Pour into moimoi tin or silicon moulds. I used leather bags to tie mine. Place them in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 40 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
