Make the crust: Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil. Gradually mix in the sifted flour, vanilla, and baking powder. Mix until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky.

Decorate as you like and bake at 340°F (170°C) for 20 minutes. Adjust baking time based on your oven. Let the tart cool before serving.
