Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsmushroom
  2. 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  3. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  4. 2 tablespoonscooking sake
  5. 0.5 tablespoonsugar
  6. 3 clovesgarlic
  7. 10 gginger
  8. As neededChili (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare mushroom, garlic and ginger

  2. 2

    Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and ginger in the pot before turning on the stove, add garlic in after you smell the ginger

  3. 3

    Add mushrooms and stir fry until some water come out of the mushroom. Add chili and stir fry for 5-10 secs(optional)

  4. 4

    Mix 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and cooking sake, half tablespoon of sugar before pouring it along the edge of the pot

  5. 5

    Stir fry for 5-10 secs. Turn off the heat then add the basel

  6. 6

    Stirring a bit before serving. Voilà ❤️
