Add all-purpose flour and semolina in a mixing bowl. Add salt and cooking Oil for moyan and mix well till flour starts binding. Now make a tight dough with the help of water and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Heat a pan. Add moong dal and dry roast for 2 minutes or till fragrance starts coming. Let it cool to room temperature. Now grind it coarsely in a mixer.

Transfer it in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and mix well. Add little water to mix the ingredients.

Now knead the dough again for 2 minutes. Take a portion of dough and make a ball. Flatten it in round. Place a portion of filling in the centre and cover it with edges to the centre. Press it between your palms and make a disc.

Like wise make all the kachoris.

Heat oil in a wok. Add 3-4 kachoris in heated oil and deep fry till golden brown colour on low flame. Like wise fry all kachori.,

These kachori can be stored for 10-15 days.

Serve hot with chutney and Aloo sabji.
