Peel the cassava and potatoes wash

Fry a medium sized onion in tbsp oil, and add the mixed spice in a non stick pot

Stir until u get an aroma, then add 100 ml water and add the cassava and potatoes.store and cover under medium heat

Check if the simmering and add a little water at a time incase it start drying up
- 5
In 30 minutes,use a fork to check if ready..sprinkle a little table salt..I mostly use popular salt

If ready serve hot with a cup of refreshing herbal tea
