Steps

First roast the oats and powder them

Now take little oil and put cumin mustard and curry leaves then saute it

Now add green chilli paste and saute

Then add carrots and saute

Now add sooji and roast till you get good aroma and then add powdered oats

Let it cool completely

Now add curd and water to it as needed and mix well avoid lumps

Put turmeric powder if you want

Add salt to it

At time of making idlis add eno or bakkng powder to it and make idlis in idli maker or steamer

Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar
