I made this sweet dish recipe of laddoo with wheat flour which has carbohydrates in very good amount and it's very healthy too.
Steps

Heat oil in a pan,saute wheat flour until it becomes golden and frangnant.

Now in another bowl take sugar and water,mix well and make a simple sticky sugar syrup not a thick sugar syrup.

Add sugar syrup and milk powder in sauted wheat flour and keep stirring until it becomes thick.

Finally add crushed cardamom and chopped dryfruits,mix well and keep it aside to cool down for 10 minutes.

Make laddoos from mixture and garnish all the laddoos with grated coconut.

Wheat flour dryfruits laddoo are ready to serve.
