BBQ PORK义燒豬肉

Southern California have a lots BBQ restaurants! They were delicious! It was authentic. Since moved out of near southern it is hard to find authentic and delicious BBQ pork. I missed BBQ PORK so much that make me to cook this dish!

All ingredients, 所有的材料

Pour cooking oil into pan, 油入鍋

Use all ingredients ( first poking into the pork than marinate with salt, white paper, wine aside for two hours. After two hours marinate with BBQ powder and set aside for another two hours. 在炸之前,第一,先拿一隻叉子擦入豬肉幾次,然後摸上白胡椒粉,鹽,酒,放入冰箱兩個小時。第二,拿出冰箱出來的被腌製好的豬肉再次摸上叉燒肉,然後放入冰箱兩個小時。拿出來就像照片一樣

Sweet potato powder on the pork,摸上蕃薥粉

Put two pieces ginger into the pan to avoid splash than place the pork into the hot oil pan. 放入兩片僵在油鍋內以防起泡。再放入裹好粉的豬肉。開始開大火然後關小火,再8分熟後再開大火。這樣裡內會嫩,外酥!

It is done, cut into small pieces. 撈起後切小片!
