Tommy's Greek Ribs

Our son-in-law got this recipe from a very popular restaurant here. Lip-smackin' Bone-lickin' Good!

Ingredients

40 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 rackbaby back ribs per person
  2. 1/2 cupWorcestershire sauce
  3. 1/2 cuporegano
  4. 1/4 cupseasoning salt
  5. 1 tbspcoarse ground black pepper
  6. 1/2 cupoyster sauce
  7. 1fresh lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F

  2. 2

    Wash the ribs, pat them dry, and remove the skin membrane.

  3. 3

    Cover a large baking tray with aluminum foil.

  4. 4

    Place the ribs on the foil and sprinkle liberally with the Worcestershire sauce, on both sides.

    Season both sides with seasoning salt, pepper, and oregano.

  6. 6

    Place bone side down on the tray, then into the oven, for 25 minutes.

  7. 7

    Remove from the oven and liberally coat both sides with oyster sauce.

  8. 8

    Return to the oven for 3 minutes.

  9. 9

    Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

  10. 10

    Cut the ribs between each bone and finish with a good squeeze of lemon.

  11. 11

    Serve while hot... and ENJOY!
