Steps

First put deep cuts on lamb meat and than marinate. for marination put ginger garlic green chilli paste tandori masala in yoghurt and mix them well now put papaya paste first on lamb and than put all the marination on it and keep it in air tight box and put it in fridge for a whole one day

For cooking first steam the lamb in cooker for 45 minutes maximum on low flame

Than put the steam lamb on baking tray first grease the tray with oil and than put the lamb on it and than cut the veggies and set them on tray too

Now bake it for 20 min on 150 °c.

Serve with veggies.
