This is for all those who have sweet tooth but run out of time to make this mithai in the traditional way

In a thick bottom, pan add 1 tsp ghee and add desiccated coconut powder and mix it on sim flame for around two minutes.

Now add condensed milk to the desiccated coconut powder and mix the mixture properly, the flame should be at sim throughout the process, add a spoon of cardamom powder and mix it well on sim flame for two to three minutes.

Now grease a pan with ghee and pour the mixture in it and set it spactula. Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes apply chandi wark (optional) sprinkle some almond flakes and cut it into pieces.

Yummy instant coconut burfi is ready.
