Daal Palaak with Rice, Achaar, salaad, Papar...😊

Take toor dal soaked in water for 15 minutes add it in a pressure cooker

Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, ghee and water

Close the lid and cook until 2 whistles on medium heat

Take spinach and cut it into thin strips.

Now add ghee, cumin seeds, hing, ginger and garlic in pan
fry it for a minute - 6
Add green chillies, and fry it a little
now add onion - 7
Fry until it becomes translucent
add tomatoes - 8
Cook until it becomes soft
add salt, chilli powder and coriander powder
mix it well - 9
Add the dal and mix it
now add the palak and mix it
boil it for 2 minutes - 10
Add lime juice and coriander leaves
mix it well - 11
For tadka....
add ghee and cumin seeds
let it crackle - 12
Add dry red chillies and chilli powder
mix it - 13
Add it to the dal
dal palak is ready
