Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupflax seeds or Linseeds
  • 1/4 cupsunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cuppuffed rice
  • 1/4 cuproasted pistachios
  • 1 cupoats
  • 1 tbsporganic extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tbsprice malt syrup 1 tbsp for reserve
  • 1 cupshredded coconut
  • 6dried apricots chopped finely
  • 1/2 cupdried goji berries
  • 1/2 cupdark chocolate chopped finely
  • 1 tspCinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 190 degrees

  2. 2

    Melt 1 tbsp coconut oil in the microwave and add 2 tbsp of rice malt syrup

  3. 3

    Combine Coconut oil and rice malt syrup with all dry ingredients except for the chocolate, goji berries, pistachios and cinnamon

  4. 4

    Spread the mixture onto a large baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 mins, mix well then bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown

  5. 5

    Remove mixture from the oven and mix in the last tbsp of rice malt syrup and cinnamon

  6. 6

    Wait until the mixture is completely cool and add goji berries, pistachios and chocolate

  7. 7

    Store in an airtight container.
