  • 1 glassBasmati rice
  • as neededoil
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1Carrot chopped
  • 1/2 cupPanner chopped
  • handfulKaju/cashew
  • 1/4 cupPeas
  • 2 tspmint leaves
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves
  • 1 tspGreen chilli chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
  • 1 tspDaniya (corinader)powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 2 tspShahi Biryani masala
  • As neededWater
  • pinchSafforn strings
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 3cloves
  • 2Cardamom
  • 1star anise
  • 3-4pepper corns
  • 2bay leaves
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • pinchTurmeric powder
  • handfulFried onions

    Frstly cut the vegetables like dis and

    Panner: salt,chilli powder, Turmeric powder mix it and fry kaju: fried onions: fried onions

    Soak basmati rice for 30 mins and Cook it until half done by using Cinnamon,bay leaves, pepper corns,star anise, cardomon,cloves,salt,oil to it drain the excess water and keep a side

  4. 4

    Take a pan and add 3 table spoon oil,green chilli, choppedonions,allam veluli paste, carrot, capcicum,peas and fry it

    Now add curd and salt,red chilli powder,daniya powder, pepper powder, jeera powder, garam masala, shahi Biryani masala mix it and add potato panner and kaju

    Add coriander leaves,mint leaves,pudina leaves and mix it

    After 1 min add 1cup of water and cover and keep it on low flame for 10 mins after gravy will be ready

  8. 8

    In thick bottom pan first put one layer of gravy one layer of rice and fried onion mint and 1/2 table spoon saffron water and repeat dis till rice and gravy are over

    Ready to serve.serve hot.
