Soak rajma for 4-5hours. Then chopped tomato, capsicum,beans. Cook rajma in pressure cooker take 4to 5 whistles. Chopped one tomato and paneer separately.

Heat oil.add cuminseeds, asafoetida,curry leaves, french beans.cook 1-2minutes.add chocolate tomato red chilli powder turmeric powder Garam masala and cook 2 to 3 minutes.

Then add another straight cut tomatoes,rajma and paneer.add lemon juice and coriander and mix well.

Put lid and cook for 5 minutes and then switch off the flame and keep aside this rajma mixture.

Take roti.cut half. Now take the one of roti keep it on the other half in shape of Plus.+

Apply tomato sauce. Spread the rajma stuffing in the middle of the roti.

Now fold the roti from the four sides.

Now you can observe that the roti becomes a shape of the pocket.

Repeat the process for all remaining roties.heat the sandwich toaster apply ghee or butter and then keep these pockets on it. Now close the machine. Once check after 4 minutes.

When both side will become a golden brown than your grill rajma paneer pocket is ready. Served with tomato sauce and green chutney
