Carrot curry
Steps

Heat 2 tea spoons of oil in a kadai and temper with mustard, urad dal, bengal gram, red chilli and curry leaves

Add finely chopped carrots to the kadai

Cook them for 3-5 minutes
- 4
Add 1/4 cup water and boil the carrot
- 5
Once the water is absorbed and carrots are cooked, add salt
- 6
Add grated coconut and mix well
- 7
Add coriander leaves and serve hot along with rice
