Colourful baraf ka gola
Steps
- 1
Take ice cubes and pour it in a jar and crush the ice. After crushing it will look just like snow. Don’t wait you have to be super quick while making this as ice melts down easily.
- 2
Take a small glass or you can also take disposable glass and pour the crushed ice into the glass and press it gently.
After filling 3/4 glass, pop the ice cream stick in the centre of the crushed ice and the once again put crushed ice into the glass and press it gently so that ice cream stick gets set.
- 3
Take out the ice Popsicle from the glass and pour some lemon juice and sprinkle some chaat masala/ jaljeera.
At last pour the syurup all around the Popsicle. You can add any flavor of syrup of your choice. I have used two flavours Rose and blue lagoon at one ice Popsicle and kalakhatta and khus syrup to make another ice Popsicle. You can add one, two or many flavours to make an ice Popsicle.
Sip the Gola quickly before it melts.
