Soak moonge dal into hot water for 2 hours. Then boil for 3 minutes. Drain water and let it cool. Make coarse paste.

In a bowl add semolina, salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder,hing. Mix well. Adding water make a tight dough.

In a bowl add beans and carrot. Add moonge dal paste. Add salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder. Mix well.

Make small semolina balls. Flatten it and stuff with dal mixture. Roll add brushing water close it. Close ends.

Let boil water. Add rolls and boil for 10 minutes. Put in a plate. Let it cool. Then cut and serve.
