Boil the milk after 5 minutes add Vinay go and make paneer

What's the paneer and tight in Muslin cloth and drain all the water and keep it under the weight

Now Knead the paneer for 15 to 20 minutes till it becomes very smooth. Now add crushed strawberry and Knead it again

Make small small balls of it

In a kadai add sugar and water and when it boils add the small balls

Let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes your strawberry Angurs are ready

For strawberry rabdi

When you're making angoors before that keep the 1 litre milk for boiling and let it boil till it reduces to one third. Use non-stick for your convenience

Sugar and let it boil for 2 minutes and let it cool down completely

Once it is cooled down add the crushed strawberry and the angles to the rabdi.

Angoor rabdi is ready it even taste more yunmy when it is chilled. Garnish it with sliced strawberries
