Tamarind chutney mostly uses for chat. Like Dahi vada, samosa, bhel golgappa ( pani puri ) it's tangy tasty. We can use up to 6 months.

Tamarind chutney mostly uses for chat. Like Dahi vada, samosa, bhel golgappa ( pani puri ) it's tangy tasty. We can use up to 6 months.
Steps

In a bowl take termariand & 1 cup lukewarm water (let it be like that for 2 hours).

After 2 hours take tarmarind pulp in a wok add water & sugar (cook till sugar dissolves).

Now add all slices one by one and mix well.

Mix dates and raisins and cook it for 5-7 min.Turn off the flame.Chutney is ready.

Keep in a bowl and put it in containor and keep it in the fridge.

Enjoy with chats. Thank you.
