In a bowl beat the egg(s) then add a pinch of salt.

Slice white onions and mushrooms.

Heat the pan, sautée mushrooms and white onions add some pepper; till the mushrooms turn slightly brown.

On the other pan, pour the beaten egg(s) add turmeric then put the sauteed white onions and mushrooms on top on either side then add some basil then cover the sauteed mushrooms with the other side. Then serve.
