Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 cupcarrot chopped
  • 1/4 cuppeas
  • 1/4 cupsweet corn
  • 1 tbspFrench beans
  • 2spring onion greens
  • 1/2 tspginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic minced
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • 2 1/2 cup vegetable stock

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Rinse the veggies and chopped them finely.

  2. 2

    Boil 1 cup of water and vegetable stock.

  3. 3

    Add all the veggies in it. Add ginger garlic also.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook until the veggies are slightly tender.

  5. 5

    Now add all spices with salt.

  6. 6

    Pour the cornflour and water mixture in the soup.

  7. 7

    Cook stirring constantly until it turns slightly thicker.

  8. 8

    Now switch off the flame. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.

  9. 9

    Serve hot with toast or noodles.
