Veg flower dumplings
Steps

Wash and soak basmati rice in water for 20-30 minutes. Strain water from it and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl take boiled and mashed potatoes, all mentioned vegetables, Chili garlic ginger paste, salt, black pepper powder and soya sauce. Combine all ingredients. Add rice flour and mix well. (If needed add 1-2 teaspoon more).

Make lemon size balls from it. Coat all balls with rice flour and then with basmati rice.

Put balls into greased mould or plate and steam for 15-20 minutes or until rice is well cooked

Veg flower dumplings are ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup.
