Dhokla is a gujarati dish and very popular in india. Made of soaked chana dal or chana flour( also known as besan) with mustard seeds and green chilli on top. So here I m making this dhokla using besan. lets start..

Dhokla is a gujarati dish and very popular in india. Made of soaked chana dal or chana flour( also known as besan) with mustard seeds and green chilli on top. So here I m making this dhokla using besan. lets start..
Steps

In a bowl will take besan and dein will mix suji, sugar, lemon juice, salt and 2 cup of water and make batter and rest for 1 hour

After a hour... parboil the steamer or idly cooker and grease the tin all over

In batter will add baking soda and stir very well and dein pour it into grease tin and stim it for 20 minutes on medium flame

In another pan heat oil.. add mustard oil, kadi patta, green chilli and saute well dein will add 2 cups of water and add salt sugar and lemon juice.. keep boiling till it become lil thick..

After 20 min let check your dhokla with a knife, if it's nonsticky our dhokla z ready

Now pour the tadka all over it and let it soak the syrup and garnish it with kadi patta and green chilli
