Ingredients

  1. 5potatoes washed cleaned with skin on
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1 tspcoarse black pepper
  4. Oil for drizzlng
  5. 1/2 cupGrated cheese
  6. Chopped parsely
  7. Fresh salad
  8. 1 tbspmelted butter

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take the potatoes & make thin slits all along but not through

  2. 2

    Once done brush oil, sprinkle salt,pepper. Bake in a preheated oven@180°c for 20 mins or till done.

  3. 3

    Once ready remove, brush again with butter,add cheese,sprinkle parsely. Serve with a salad
