Steps

Take 2 liters of milk in a vessel & boil it.

Turn off the flame after boiling the milk.

Take 2 lemons or 3 tsp vinegar & add in the boiled milk.

Stir & mix well until when water separates from it.

Filter & strain the chhena separately

Mash the chhena well to make it soft

Add 4 tbsp of suji and ½ cup of sugar to it

Stir & mix them well.

Keep it aside for 15 mins to ferment.

After fermented, mix 2 tsp ghee & chopped cashew & raisins & cardamom powder to it.

Pre heat ½ kg salt in a kadhai for 10 mins on high flame.

Take a container, grease it with ghee & add the mixture on it.

Tap it to spread it evenly.

Place the container inside the Kadhai & bake it for 1 ½ hour on medium-low flame.

Then remove the container & let it cool down.

After baking it remove it from the corners & flip it upside down.

The chhena poda is ready to served.
