Kadhai Nankhatai

Steps

In a bowl take butter in room temperature. Now add sugar and mix till fluffy with your hand.

Now add both flours and mix well.Do not knead.Grease your steel plate and heat your pan or kadhai in low to meduim flame.

Now make small size balls and keep in greased plate.Garnish with Chopped Pistachios.

Bake for 25 minutes in same flame.Take out nicely and cool it.

After cooling it comes in oerfect texture and crispy nankhatai.Stote in air tight box and enjoy the evening.
