Take flour, add salt and oil.

Bind it with water. Dough should be hard.

Make a small ball. Give round shape.

Roll it. Don't make it so thin or thick. Let it be medium size

Heat the oil in the pan on medium flame. Once oil is hot add puri and fry it. Some people like brownish colour and some people don't so fry according to your choice.

Puris are ready. Serve with any curry or sabzi
