Add lemon juice to milk and keep aside for 10mins

Take flour in a bowl..add all the dry ingredients and mix

Add curdled milk ghee and knead the dough..add 2-3tsp water if required

Divide the portion into 3parts

Roll it with a rolling pin and cut with a cookie cutter like doughnut.

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry on low to medium flame.

Keep aside and let it cool for a while

Dip fried doughnuts in melted chocolate and serve....enjoy.
