Two type crispy pakoda

I make two types of pakodey, both are very easy
Steps

First wash raw banana nicely then slice with skin or without skin as you like. In one raw banana 5 or 6 slices is there.

Now for banana fritters.make batter.mix all dry spices, chilli paste in besan.make batter with adding little by little water.make flowing consistency.Heat oil in kadai. Deep one by one banana strips in batter and deep fry in hot oil.when both side look golden round then put out on kitchen towel or tissue paper. Then serve hot.

For corn batter. Grind corn green chilli,curry leaves in mixer grinder. Now put mixture in mixing bowl.

Now add rice flour/corn flour,, besan and all spices in this mixture and mix gently.add salt. Now make pakoda with your fingers in hot oil.

Whenl looks both side golden brown then put out on kitchen towel or tissue paper and serve hot your crispy corn pakoda is ready to serve.
