Take washed and cleaned chicken pieces in a mixing bowl, add salt, add egg, pepper powder 2tsp, ginger garlic paste, all-purpose flour, cornflour, cumin seeds, vinegar 1tsp,chilli powder, coriander powder, give it a proper mix.

Marinate this for at least half an hour,prepare corn flour slurry by adding 2tsp cornflour in 1/4 cup water mix well and keep aside,

Deep fry marinated chicken after half an hour on medium flame, avoid over crowding, let the chicken cook undisturbed for 3 minutes before turning them,

Take out the pieces, in a wok add 1tbsp oil add diced onions, slit green chillies and few curry leaves add in the fried chicken pieces,

Stir fry them for a minute, add soya sauce, 1/2tsp pepper powder, 1/2tsp vinegar, give it a mix, fry for a minute,now add cornflour slurry, stir continuously to avoid burning when it's dry enough take out and garnish,

Serve hot with roti/rice, and enjoy this dish.
